Delivery and payment

This page is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions. Delivery restrictions and accepted payment methods are brought to the Buyer's attention no later than the beginning of the order placement process, in accordance with Art. 1017 para. (5) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova no. 1107/2002 (republished).

1. Delivery areas

1.1. We deliver throughout the territory of the Republic of Moldova; the possibility of delivery to a specific locality is confirmed by the manager when processing the order.

1.2. Deliveries are not made outside the Republic of Moldova.

1.3. It is also possible to personally pick up the order from the office in Chisinau, 2/9 Varnita St., during the working hours indicated in the Contacts section of the site.

2. Delivery terms

2.1. The delivery term is established based on product availability and the delivery address and is communicated to the Buyer upon order confirmation.

2.2. For products manufactured or cut to order (metal tiles, corrugated sheets, elements with individual dimensions), the delivery term includes the production time and is communicated upon order confirmation.

2.3. The specific date and time interval of the delivery are coordinated by phone with the Buyer in advance.

2.4. If the parties have not agreed on another term, the Seller delivers the goods without undue delay, but no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.

3. Delivery cost

3.1. The delivery cost is calculated based on the order volume and delivery address and is communicated upon order confirmation, before it becomes binding for the buyer.

3.2. The delivery cost is not included in the product prices displayed on the site and is added to the order value as a separate item, after it has been communicated to and accepted by the Buyer.

3.3. The conditions for unloading the goods (whether included in the delivery fee or paid separately) depend on the type of products and the conditions at the delivery address and are communicated upon order confirmation.

4. Bulky and oversized goods

4.1. Roofing materials (metal tile sheets, corrugated sheets of large lengths, gutters, downspouts) are bulky goods, which are transported by specialized transport and, as a rule, cannot be returned by mail.

4.2. The Buyer ensures the truck's access to the unloading site (passable road, maneuvering space). If access is not possible, delivery is made to the nearest accessible point, coordinated with the Buyer.

4.3. Sheets with individual lengths are transported and stored according to the manufacturer's recommendations; upon request, we offer advice on proper handling and storage.

5. Receipt of goods

5.1. Upon receipt, the Buyer verifies, in the presence of the carrier/Seller's representative: the integrity of the packaging, the quantity (number of sheets/packages according to the invoice), and the absence of visible mechanical damage (scratches, dents, deformations).

5.2. Visible deficiencies found upon receipt (damage, quantity shortages) are recorded in the delivery document or in a report signed by both parties; we recommend photographing them on the spot.

5.3. Signing the delivery documents without objections confirms the quantitative receipt and the absence of visible damage. This does not affect the Consumer's rights regarding the legal guarantee of conformity for non-conformities that could not be detected upon receipt (Art. 23 of Law no. 105/2003), nor the right of withdrawal for distance contracts (Art. 1052–1065 of the Civil Code).

5.4. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment they take physical possession of the goods.

6. Payment methods

6.1. Accepted payment methods:

• cash on delivery;
• bank transfer based on the payment account/invoice (details: BC "Moldova-Agroindbank" S.A., branch no. 32 Chisinau, BIC AGRNMD2X493, IBAN MDL MD12AG000000022514864754);
• online bank card — currently unavailable; it will be introduced later.

6.2. For products manufactured to order (cutting to individual dimensions), an advance payment may be requested; its amount is communicated upon order confirmation.

6.3. No additional commissions are charged depending on the chosen payment method.

6.4. Fiscal documents (fiscal receipt / tax invoice) are issued in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

7. Delivery restrictions

7.1. Certain products may be available only for pickup from the warehouse, and for some orders, a minimum quantity for delivery may be required; such restrictions are communicated to the Buyer before order confirmation.
